Quote from: BigGreenField on June 03, 2026, 07:40:21 AMThe Boroughs - dodgy plot, very solid acting and nice and short. Old people do the Goonies vibe.

Legends - watched it twice, Steve coogan is a better actor than he is a comedian and he is a very good comedian.

Criminal Record - Series 2 perhaps not hitting the highs of series 1
But that's a high bar, Peter Capaldi at his menacing best.

Three episodes into Legends good show.

Finished Legends - liked it. On the last episode of The Boroughs - agree with your synopsis. Entertaining and you can easily rattle through a couple of episodes in a sitting.

Other things on the go - Widows Bay (Wednesdays), Your Friends and Neighbo(u)rs (Fridays), Rivals and Four Seasons. Really like the first three as all pure nonsense and entertaining - Four Seasons is okay and I think has suffered from Steve Carrell not being in this series.

Agree.  Easy viewing. Snappy 30min episodes that seem to go in quickly.  Steve Carrell is obviously a huge loss.

Herself seems to get a good laugh out of it

Legends was really good. Coogan is brilliant.

Anyone else watching From? Enjoying it, but getting close to sh!t or get of the pot time. Need some sort of explanation or signs of nearing an end. Don't want it dragging out for a load more seasons like lost, only to go nowhere.

Is that not the plot line?

From has went very stale the past few seasons, with nothing really happening. At least with Lost, there were loads of times you thought you were getting somewhere.

Clarksons farm definitely worth a watch

Great show! Complete surprise as well when I watched the first season but I was hooked.

New Cape Fear should be worth a look.

Milltown Row2

Sorta looking forward to Cape fear and looks like a cracking line up, but have watched original and De Niro ones so it's gotta lot to live up to

Marshals seemed like a low budget show that didn't have a real overarching story, but it grew on me by the end.

Dutton Ranch is a few levels above though. Just seems better produced, to the standard of Yellowstone, and the first few episodes have been very good.

Any link in these? Ive no real interest in Marsalls but do like the idea of Dutton ranch
