Some result in healy park. omagh letting everyone that they mean business this yr. Think everyone is right eglish are definitely lambs to the slaughter in the next round. Hopefully we see the third installment of errigal clonoe in league playoffs another cracking game today. Cudnt take your eye of it for a second! Clonoe only threat to omagh imo

Dell

At Omagh and Dunmoyle today. Carrickmore were so poor it was hard to believe. The scoreline could have been much worse for them. Omagh missed a number of very good goal chances and a penalty. Omagh were very impressive without ever having to exert themselves. Joe McMahon played very well but not 100% fit. Carrickmores 'senior' players were terrible shocked by how poor they were. They are lucky the draw gives them time to sort out whatever is wrong.
The Clonoe Errigal game was very entertaining both teams playing some good football in poor conditions. Clonoe have everything power pace and ball winning forwards who can finish. Errigal played well for 40 min but down a man the strength and power of clonoe wore them down. McDermotts sending off was harsh and helped turned the game. Having said that a number of players on both teams were very lucky to see out the hour colly Doris and davey Harte seemed to ship a lot of poor tackles. Young Patrick Dorris does Clonoe no favours acting the maggot. He will cost Clonoe dear in the years ahead as referees will have seen and heard enough from him. Am sure the clonoe posters will defend him saying Errigal singled him out but he wasn't on the pitch 10 seconds before he started the messing and brought all the unwanted attention on himself.

from what I seen Errigal 28 charged into patrick as soon as he came on patrick had no other choice to push him back 28 continued this too the end if he had of conected with patrick at the end he would have taken his head off.... right in front off the referee as well he done nothing about....

I said were best not mentioning this player. Another was Errigal 25 sent on to do only the one job. But sometimes you're better off not mentioning these things.

Sorry but as a neutral at the game Bigtogs is completely right in his assessment. We watched Patrick Doris expecting him to get singled out and he did. Number 28 shouldered him straight away and another couple of times before the Ref spoke to "both players". He also dodged a full swing at him and right at the end another swing. Granted he probably knew to expect it after what happened in the Championship game but Errigals concentration on him allowed Clonoe to creep back into the game. Daisy's sending off was harsh IMO

Norf Tyrone

What happened at Killyman and Tattyreagh did anyone hear? Match abandoned.

never seen his first yellow.... but after 3/4 high tackles from both sides in a short space off time daisy was unlucky to get the full punishment but he gave the ref a decision to make not the type of tackle you wanna make when you are on a yellow card... if Errigal had of kept playing they probably would have won the game... they tried their level best to start a row on our last free. ..

What happened at cookstown auger game. Were Cookstown at it again?

What has become of Errigal, a footballing team at one time, now a team of thugs who can't take a beating. Between last years semi final, this years first and tonight's league game, they have tried to start a row at the end of the game. They have lost their way. Use to associate Errigal with a bit of class, but the past few tears they have lost the plot.

Family guy

I was at the ardboe Eglish game yesterday and the one thing I can say from it is Tyrone is set to lose it's best footballer to Aussie rules, how Mickey Harte calls him up to the panel and doesn't play him I will never know,he was heads and shoulders above every player on show, the game wasnt great and the referee lost the run of things and it wasn't surprising to see a mini scuffle at the end he even avoided sending an ardboe man off to stop things getting more out of hand

Club Rossa

Family Guy,if the ref was going to send off the Ardboe player at the end, which he should have,he would have had to send another 7 or 8 off along with him.

Well said Knocker Yer. You would never get the Rahillys stooping that low.
