Copied from another post:

Monaghan SFC Semi-Finals

Castleblayney 2-10 Latton O'Rahillys 2-10

Clontibret 1-11 Carrickmacross 1-13

New champions this year then.

all those who had written off stewartstown's chances (and there were certainly quite a few - especially on this board) should note that we beat carrickmacross in the 1st round of ulster IFC 2 years ago. look where they are now! i think we were 16/1 to win the Tyrone IFC this year. considering we actually won the competition only 2 years ago i think it was ridiculous odds.

Have always been big fans of Stewartstown from the past 5-6 years. Would know a lot of the players and they are a quality outfit. When you have forwards like Gareth Devlin and Peter Armour then you always have a chance. I have said on this board a few months ago i fancied them to be strong contenders for the championship this year. They have always been a very good championship team.

Up the Harps!! You may keep the red and white bunting up in the Square for another wee while anyway!
