Jesus lads, would you quit the Mickey Harte bashing. You're sounding demented!! No-one will listen to your concerns if you're foaming at the mouth.

There is a difference between bashing Harte and being pissed off at Harte. We are entitled to be pissed off if we feel agrieved by his actions. Caracter assination and brining up his family is uncalled for though. None of this recent topic will change what he has achieved or his ability as a manager.

I'm not saying that. Mostly it was been well reasoned and thought out arguments. But there is a lot of nonsense being bantied about here too, which doesn't help anyone.

don't think anyone should have a problem with Harte. he is doing his job. he only requests fixture changes etc. the problem lies with the CC, CCC, CCCCC, CCCCCCCCCCC or whatever else they want to call themselves (I can think of a few names) for bowing to his requests at every turn around.

small question. tyrone have known for months when and where they were playing Antrim. they have scheduled the club championship for quite some time too. what has changed in the past few days that means games need to be put back and who really thinks any further games will proceed if tyron draw/lose in the ulster semi??

Putting games back is bad enough, pulling them forward with less than a weeks notice is nothing short of a disgrace!

QuoteGripe 1:  Has no regard for the 13 day rule that has been laid down by Croke Park
Gripe 2:  Insists on holding a panel of 36 or 37 players when most other counties have 28-30 as recommended by Croke Park
Gripe 3:  Continually changes club fixtures at short notice when it suits him
Gripe 4:  Insists that county players stay at home for county training even if the clubs have a weekend bonding / training session booked for their team
Gripe 5:  Trains the county players very hard on a Thursday night even if they have an important club game on the Friday / Saturday / Sunday
Gripe 6:  Never has any communication with club managers regarding agreed training plans for the players
Gripe 7:  Never communicates with club managers about anything at all
Gripe 8:  Never communicates with fringe players to let them know if they have a chance of playing / what they r doing wrong / if they are just there to make sure there is 30 fit for a training match / in fact just never communicates with them at all

Feel free to add to this list

People like you are the reason no manager from East Tyrone has ever, and will never win Sam.

How did this descend into east-west row?  Without Sean Cavanagh (east) Tyrone wouldn't have won Sam in 2008 and also contributions over the decade of Brian McGuigan, Paddy Tally, Gerard Cavlan, Cormac McAnallen, Phillip Jordan etc. Took them all to win it including great players from the west... Dooher, O'Neill etc etc.
Is Ballygawley west?... maybe it is.
