United thoroughly dominating midfield. Winning all the physical battles and all the second balls. Liverpool constantly giving it away and have no outlet up front. Thankfully United haven't really threatened... so far.

After an impressive start, Mourinho has parked the bus in the last 15. Obviously hoping a 6-3-1 formation and a breakaway goal will get a result. And he might be right...

Can has looked off the pace and uncertain with his first touch. There were a few times he could have taken the ball in his stride and ran forward into space, but instead took it sideways or back to make sure he got control. Maybe a reflection of the pressure United are bringing in midfield too. But, he clearly needs a few games to get his touch back.
