Shame the deal has been wrapped up yet, plenty of pictures of him about with Liverpool fans and signed jerseys etc. Likely its the permit issue that is waiting to be confirmed.

CL hopes could finally be buried tonight if the 3 points aren't secured and I don't think we will get them. Very interesting to see how Rodgers gets his starting 11 right, in alot of the bigger games, he bottles it and hands the inititive to the opposition, leaving Liverpool chasing the game. We aren't good enough to play a sitting game.

I'd say so. Skrtel was dropped for having a mediocre run of form. The Oldham match was a chance for him to play himself back onto the team. He wasnt the worst of them, but at the same time did nothing to warrant a return.

Disappointing to lose a 2 goal lead. Played well for the guts of an hour then went to sleep for 5 mins.
Over the 90mins though I think a draw was probably a fair result.
