7 goals in the three away matches. Worrying (or at least it would be had I not more important matters on my mind!)
As I dream about movies they won't make of me when I'm dead

7 goals let in to mediocre team's more frustrating than worrying with another slow start to a season

Can someone do out a list of all the 'easy' games in the Premiership please?

I was told that West Brom at home was easy, but then they go to Arsenal and win. West Ham away.. another easy one, but they beat Spurs as did Wigan. Again that was considered 'easy'.

Last night and yesterday everyone was telling me about how the gap would close as the 'Berbanator' and the boys would hammer Boton 'easilly'.

A list for future reference would help. I previously thought there were no 'easy' games in the Premiership.

Almunia. But he missed it.

3 points down on last years total after 6 games! must be a little worried Norf?

I thought your theory was comparative results. 5 points up on that total Rossy. Looking good.

Nope i think Magpie Seanie was doing comparative results but on depressing week for Chelsea FC whatever makes you happy  ;)

Personally I think it's great - makes for a far more exciting and open league than maybe 2 or 3 seasons ago

Away to Bolton is never an easy game, especially for United. All United's attacking prospects hang on the inconsistency of Nani at the moment. Evans needs  be benched asap too. Still, only 3 points own on Chelsea after a few serious muck ups and United's best player practically anonymous so far this season. You'd have to suspect Rooney will kick into gear at some point and they'll get the defense sorted.

Do Utd not have an excellent record v Bolton at the Reebok?

As was asked on the other thread who is that directed at?

Before the City game the media were saying Chelsea would repeat Arsenal's unbeaten season from 03/04

Here's what i said

Chelsea will be expecting 15 points from there opening 5 games so it's important United keep pace.. with games v liverpool, Everton & Fulham it won't be easy

0-0 97/98
0-4 01/02
1-1 02/03
1-2 03/04
2-2 04/05
1-2 05/06
0-4 06/07
1-0 07/08
0-1 08/09
0-4 09/10
2-2 10/11

One defeat in 11 games at the Reebok, more decent record than excellent TBH

So 1 defeat in 11 away games is "decent" ?

Well 6 wins in 11 games is hardly excellent
