So no updates of the Rossa V Dunloy game because it's streamed I'm guessing & this is to persuade you to buy it ? Loving the updates of the Antrim masters campaign though  ???
Let no-one say the best hurlers belong to the past. They are with us now, and better yet to come

Was thinking that myself sg. Our social media account very poor with the club scene.

Business as usual for Dunloy. Does anyone know what the story is with Ciaran Clarke of ballycastle? Haven't seen him playing in maybe a few years (since that knee injury).

It's abysmal, Antrim development squads all played their finals yesterday. You wouldn't know it was even on (unless you checked other counties social media feeds)

Is Dan McConnell still in charge?

I paid for the stream myself. The weather was too bad to go all the way up. The game appeared to be very flat- No atmosphere at all although it was never in doubt - commentary wasn't great either- flat

The group stages tend to be flat. On the plus side it's now cushendall Dunloy and St John's Rossa is knockout.(well I think it is anyway)

Drawing with ballycastle a decent result for st endas.

Yes. Voluntarily.

It's not a job for one. It needs a team.

From the beginning, Rossa v St John's was the only fixture that was going to mean anything.
If it even means anything.

I watched the stream myself. Jerome is not a main commentator and it's very evident that he is hoping for huge input from the other individual beside him.
SMcM was on first duty and gave some points but it is pretty low quality compared to some of the other streams you see.
Maybe if it was given to someone from inside the county to lead the commentary and leave Jerome to the technical duty then it may improve, but even then would require some input fro a co-commentator.

As for the game, Dunloy too slick and with Rossa letting them play it was never in doubt.
It's a pity we're so lacking streamed games as I would love to see more although reading social media it seems Cushendall got it easy enough also.

Not knocking the fella. It's not beyond the realms of possibility to give more than one person access to live tweet scores. Clubs seem to manage it. If, as someone above said it is a deliberate ploy to drive sales, I can't imagine it is the master stroke they think it is. In pishy weather people will either go or buy the stream and if they're not that worried they'll follow the scores on the Dunloy twitter stream.

I agree about Jerome and everyone knows he's not there for his hurling knowledge but the co-commentator should have been - when Johnny McIntosh and Paudie were doing it there was a bit more about it.  Given the wides that The lads had Rossa failed to make an impact - hopefully the championship and streaming improves

It was an absolute disgrace the Cushendall game was played tonight on that surface. Thank Christ nobody got hurt.

I think it was the same for JHC on Friday, All Saints v Armoy, few at it said it was treacherous

I don't think the fella seems overly interested in our club game. Don't get me wrong he does an ok job for the senior stuff but the enthusiasm isn't really there for the rest of it. Seems odd for a pro.

Ballymenas fault? Or the near two weeks of constant rain

Games played on different pitches btw
