Comes across as a very begrudging vote Spike, which is out of step with the vast majority of supporters, especially the ones who go to most matches, and appreciate the calibre of players that were unavailable and respectful that practically a whole new team needed to be built.

What players did Andy overlook that wanted to be available and commit 100% to a tough 9 month schedule? Interested to know who you refer to, and I'm sure Andy would be too!

But yes, year three will be the year that probably defines his tenure. I agree on that point.

Any chance the county would update the fixtures on the website for times and dates of championship?

I listened to the GAA social this week and that was one thing the guest talked about, lack of clarity regarding fixtures and having respect for players and supporters time etc

BS, not begrudging, I just just think the last 2 campaigns have been very average.  At best.

But willing to be entertained in year 3.

Need more consistency, we can be good bad and ugly all in the same hour. Anyway, it's probably time to switch focus to the club scene.

Can anyone stop All Saints in the Ulster intermediate, that's what I'd like to know.

Has Andy done enough for a 3rd year at the helm?

Two years so far of mediocre football but perhaps that qualifies as enough for an Antrim manager? His greatest success has been lowering our expectations to the extent we now have none with the new Tommy Cooper Cup the latest snake oil to be sold. 
That, and of course filling his squads full of athletic but uninspiring players from clubs below the top 3 who have no chance of winning anything but keeps their supporters on his side. He has a great Public Relations game it has to be said.

He gets my vote! One more year! 

We last won an Ulster Championship 73 years ago. Not sure why Andy is so far below your expectations.

Andy is coasting. No improvement though he keeps the majority of supporters content witb TC cup runs.
  But I'm willing to see what the 3rd year will bring.

Antrim fairly placed in Div 3 lads.  The league doesn't lie.  Beaten by Limerick, Louth and Westmeath who appear to be ahead of us and simply better outfits at present.  We caught Louth cold last year and they totaally underestimated us.  they didnt make the same mistake twice. Not that it would have made a difference in the end to the points tally, but the only one that annoys is the Laois game were we got a draw but endured a shocking display by the official.  For one I am pleased with the year to date and real progress has been made, but its the hope that kills you.

Another big pre=season ahead, really hope the troops stick with the programme and go for it.  On the evidence presented to date, we aren't ready for Div 2 but have to dig in and keep improving the physicality during the pre-season.    Div 3 looks like a real battleground next year with a lot of teams at the same level who will all take points off each other.
