You'll see a replay after the game. You may not like that it's a penalty, but doesn't mean it isn't a penalty.
That being said I don't know why he didn't just score, could always miss a penalty, may not be given etc.

The angle from behind shows the keeper's elbow clip his ankle. He impeded him enough that he wasn't going to reach the ball  for the roll in. That Jota then said "f**k it" and went down just to make sure is irrelevant and has been for years.

Ref shouldn't have given it imo. But once he had, was never going to be overturned as there was contact. Dunno why he didn't just carry on and tap it in. The ball wasn't even getting away from him.
Then a stonewall free not given on edge of the square. Gary saying ref had been good, personally thought he is ropey enough.

Ref has been dreadful as has Neville on commentary

It's gone so fucked up that people have been acclimatised now to actually think that brushing of the keepers elbow means it's not a dive and is a penalty. It's irrelevant in the end and best team by a mile won but that's as ridiculous a decision as you'll see

Would still have doubts about them though, looked vulnerable enough at the back and are missing way too many chances.
