Tapping the ball around the centre circle with 5mins to go as if they were 3 up and when they do cross it in no one breaking their bollix to get onto the end of it.

There was a West Ham corner after 60 mins that Mingolet caught,there were at least 9 Liverpool players in the box and they all just strolled out with no one bothering to make a run and a quick break.

Fair play to West Ham they fully deserved the win.

Its gonna be a long hard season for Liverpool unless something changes soon.

Marty and Sakho are walking disasters. Gerrard is pretty much a waste of a pick at this stage. And Lucas,  it's not happening post injury.

One plus for you lads is Balotelli tried and showed glimpses of quality,he also kept the head pretty well,a few years back he would've been a cert to get a red  after an early booking.

In fairness, what sort of a selection was that? I think the last two league performances are on Rodgers' selection. Just as it takes players time to bed in, it will take him some time to get tuned in, but it needs to happen soon. The worrying thing for me is he seems to be making similar mistakes that he made in year 1 and 2. Remember all the possession and no penetration in 2012/13? And the dodgy team selections last year?

I still remain confident that they are on the right path, big picture, but they are going to leave themselves way too far behind to do anything this year.

All the laughing at United, and if they beat Leicester tomorrow they are ahead of us.

One thing Gerrard doesn't do is shit the pants. Reference last Tuesday for the most recent example. Anyone who says that hasn't a clue.

However, he shouldn't be an automatic start every game. The penny will drop with Rodgers soon, but I don't think under any circumstance you can play Steven Gerrard and Lucas in the same team any more.

Stevie plays the fighting underdog coming from behind  role brilliantly but didn't have the stomach for being a league champion elect with 4 games to go. Completely filled tthe togs in the run in. Went from Mr Dominator to Mr Couldn't defend fior shit once the title was in sight!
