Have to say I really enjoyed the show last night.

Galvin is a great player. His ability to control and influence games was well documented last night.

And he is completely different. A lot of it may be superficial, and full of contradictions, and the man is prob a thesis waiting to happen. But I've read loads of articles in last few years complaining how gaelic players are clones with no personality. So I thought it was great.

We could get him to work in Armagh selling shoes in Middletown market and then he could transfer up

Any word on the athletic grounds being available?

Looking forward to tomorrow. Last time Armagh played Dublin in qualifiers, it was a great game. Is the lad Campbell any chance of getting amy time from the bench?

From BBC Site:
Armagh: P Hearty, A Mallon, B Donaghy, V Martin, P Duffy, C McKeever, K Dyas, C Vernon, K Toner, A Duffy, A Kernan, M Mackin, G Swift, S McDonnell, J Clarke. Subs: P McEvoy, S Forker, B Shannon, J Feeney, F Hanratty, E McNulty, P McKeown, T Kernan, Paul Kernan

Surprised Forker didn't get the nod. Playing with 7 defenders, 5 midfielders and 2 forwards. We did something similar against Monaghan last year

Heard on radio Dyas and Anto Duffy are in the team. Assuming that means Finn Mo and Lavery are out?

Really gutted after today. Fair play to Monaghan they probably would have went on to win but the sending off was a massive aid. Brian Mallon had been influential in setting up 2 or 3 scores before being sent off.

I don't think anyone (well not me anyway) is thinking if only we had Grimley. He made his decision and things move on. Have been to every Armagh game this year and with the esceptionof today and Marshes they have played really well. We'll see where qualifiers take us

Armagh / Re: Armagh Club football & hurling

The squad deliberately doesn't include any u21s or obviously uni players, so there's probably betwen 5 - 10 places up for grabs come the league.

Kevin O'Rourke not being included seems strange to me. Anyone know why?

Always think its a bit harsh getting your chance in McKenna cup in heavy water logged pitches.

It's about time that the person who revealed the team and tactics is named to clear the air and move on rather than Mr Nugent airing the matter again in the same manner as Mr McDonnell with a background of hints and rumours.

Couldn't agree more with this. What is the point bringing this up again just to leave a vacuum for rumour and inuendo. I've no inside line, but have heard rumours about this and that etc which could be true or rubbish.

He could have scripted his review of the year without going down this line. But if he is going down it then name names

Lads, in fairness the uisce comment was unwarranted. Looking forward to see how things pan out now.

Is Donal Murtagh really only 38?
#14
He could carry the uisce

Didn't realise Donal Murtagh played up front. I only ever seen him playing full back in the first cross team to win the all ireland.

Be interesting to see if boys like Jamie Clarke start to come through now

Not  too bothered there's no one from North Armagh. Justin McNultys attitude and commitment was always fantastic, so pleased he's on. No point moaning about O'Rourke cause its well documented.

Only niggle is the backroom team consist of 3 ex defenders. Forward coach would have been good
