most haunted...real or not real!

I never watch those most haunted shows on t.v as i find that they are not trustworthy and probably staged with special effects but i do question the whole ghost/spirit world.....
i have heard plenty of stories and from people i know would not lie! 
and my sister is a firm believer in "the hag"

just wondering what do you's think?

apparently the house on the hill on the dublin side of the bridge at slane is haunted and thats why no one lives in it and that when someone did go to look at it there was blood dripping down the walls!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ghosts don't make much sense but too many things have been seen by to many people to suggest they are not real.  I think I've seen a ghost, it was a member of the family - I wonder if it was a case of me wanting to see them again - possibly but then that doesnt explain people who see strangers as ghosts.

What's the explanation?  Everyone who see a ghost arent drunk, on drugs, insane etc.

I know several families that do that. I know of one family in Douglas Bridge were they are forbidden to play cards on a Sunday.

Pints - you're an intelligent man. Please tell me you don't really believe that shite. You see something unusual and your first explanation is "it's a ghost". Why pick that conclusion from the infinite number of other similarly ludicrous conclusions? Why is that a better explanation than "it's a Martian" or "it's a trained midget giraffe"?
