With the clear blue skies and wispy clouds there are large numbers of loons out talking about chemtrails again. A site called Anti-Geoengineering Ireland came up on Facebook. f**king hell the comments on it...

Well they used to be. Not everything has improved since they closed the asylums.

Yes.History rightly looks back on mental asylum etc and on people who shouldn't have been there, but of course there are people who should have been there.

Dublin has had as much rain 1st-5th June as in April and May put together. The forecast suggests the same again next week.
It is a bit like Jan/Feb when the East got the rain instead of the West.

We'll probably put these over the two Velux we have - they're like a massive radiator at the moment:



(Have a temporary thing over one of them right now, helps a lot - a blackout blind for few quid off Amazon with a bit of duct tape)

Then some kinda pergola to cut down the sun into the patio door in height of summer. Haven't figured that out yet.

A recent  RTE documentary on Ireland's asylum system  was a real eye opener.

One line summed it up : "Ireland didn't have  a  mental health problem. Ireland had a  mental health facility problem"
