as far as I'm concerned anything other than apples and oranges is exotic.

Youve never tried grapefruit? Its bitter - but in a good way. Right healthy breakfast - some canned grapefruit with a wee can of mandarins thrown in for good measure.

Yea Puck, never tried it. I'm not good with trying new fruits or veg to be honest, and I don't like oranges and grapefruit reminds me of a big orange

Talking about innocent smoothies, I'm doing Slimming World at the moment, and I got one of the books with the syn values of everything in it, and apparently a 250ml glass of Innocent smoothie is 6 syns (you are allowed 10-15 syns a day)...but I don't get that cus their claim is that their smoothies contain nothing but fruit (which is a 'free' food on the slimming world plan) so how can one glass of smoothie be 6 syns???!
