Great film on Network 2, starting at 9pm, called A History of Violence.

Maria Bello, woof woof.

Awful movie. Great bouts of completely gratuitous ridin' in it though.

Is there any other kind?
Cover me in chocolate and feed me to the lesbians

The Iceman

watched Paperman last night.
Maybe I'm not "artsy" enough to get it - obviously I'm not.
We actually persevered to the end and laughed throughout at how bad it was....

Have me 4 year old niece staying with me for the night.
Any reccomendations  on what terrors of this age watch?
I have downloaded Tangled which is some movie based on Rapunzel and also a few Dora cartoons.
What else is there that I can have for her so that I can throw her in front of the telly and hopefully keep her quiet for the night.

Denn Forever

Toy Story

Thunderpants

Radda bout yeee

Watched city of men last night - if city of god is premier league - i'd put city of men in the conference!!! Watchable though

nrico2006

How the hell did 127 hours get an Oscar nomination?  Critics really don't have a baldy.  Mad story etc but the film was nothing special and it is up there with that Ryan Reynolds buried tripe.

cheers, saves me watching it in a hurry then.

Canalman

Saw The Fighter last night. Very good film. Can't imagine that the the main characters' reallife sisters  (7 of them) would have been too happy as to how they were portrayed in it.

Yeah, got it in the post today. Was gonna do the same but it seems to be a great set-up (70 000 titles on DVD!) so I think I might keep it. I signed up for 3 films a month which works out at £4.99/month.
