When you look at Galway hurlers with men deep and isolating young lads up front, Limerick were always going to gobble that up. Mayo's style won't be playing into Kerry's hands.

I think the difference is that Mayo's game can hurt teams at all levels. Of course, they need to be on their game, or else it'll be over by half time.

IF Mayo can get an early run on Kerry the confidence will grow. You may forget about keeping Clifford quiet but even if you stop his big booming two-pointers it'll be a boost.

Yup. Easier said than done but getting a lead will be crucial, the toss for playing into Hill/Davin will be important as well.

Mayo have a real nice mix of youth and experience in this team, youth that have a swagger. They are peaking at the right time and have some great options off the bench

We all know what Kerry have, but for one reason or the other this group has failed to get over the line as often as they should have over the past 5-6 years. There is something missing with them in a tight game, they look great when winning well.

This has the potential to be like the hurling final where limerick got out in front and just kept them at arms length by managing the game, similar to how Kerry managed Dublin in the Semi final

But, Kerry confidence is openly higher than I have seen since 1982, a day the underdog wearing an alternative white jersey managed to pull one out of the fire. Its been a long time coming but I think this will be Mayo's time..

Hopefully the ref pulls kerry on the attempts to bully and intimidate the young lads.

I noted one of Martin McNallys umpires is a lad under 30 and rest not old men.

I believe Mayo can absolutely win the game, Kerry are going to need huge displays from White / O Shea and the midfield engine. Mayo are very fit and should be right in it barring a mental collapse.

Would be some boon for the new rules if they do it IMO.

If you told me back in April that Mayo would be in the All-Ireland with people backing them to win it, after us just beating them by 10 points, I'd have a face like the  carved turnips in nearby Turlough House. But here we are. Andy did make changes after that game, although they still looked in a dodgy place after their goal living a charmed life against Monaghan (still without o'Hanlon at that time). They got a strange but of luck after an unlucky defeat to Tyrone as it set them on an easier route, and had a bit of luck with Meath's red card which initially looked like it should have been a free and tap over point to Meath, and probably enough to hold on. It's been plain sailing since then - comfortably beating Cork and Louth, enjoying the open spaces of Croke Park, while Kerry were not comfortable against Tyrone and Dublin. However if Kerry play to their best, they will win. An off day, and the Mayo famine will finally be over as they have the fire power to secure a famous win.

On another note and no doubt old news to Mayo people.  Jordan Flynn,Kobe McDonald are brothers.  Both have the same mother, she played and was a big fan of basketball hence the Kobe,Jordan names.
