No. Still very far from upper end of Senior. And have to win intermediate yet. Looking good so far, but handy draw to now. Knockouts will see where they're at

Cullyhanna didn't win a junior from division 1 though .

Anyway fair play to Arva if they do win an intermediate this year, no mean feat to win the next championship up in the following year all slagging aside.

That's true but 2 separate competitions as has been mentioned several times before.

Leagues easier to get promoted in as two go up two go down.

Wouldn't be a massive difference between best team or two in junior and the worst teams in senior in Cavan.

Plus the added factor of a diluted league without county players further adds to that.

No, can't have 2 teams in the one championship. I think they'd go to the 2a league for next year.

Cruppen would beat St Pauls I think, Wolfe Tones dangerous as well. Very surprised at Pearse Og's being beat, must have been very complacent, that Clann Eireann team are flying at the minute though so fair play.

That's an absolutely shocking result from the Ogs to be fair. CE II are handy but I was convinced Ogs would blow them out of the water.

St Paul's v Derrynoose isn't a formality either so wouldn't be the biggest shock if they got turned over.

Yeah Derrynoose beat a Shanes team that plenty were tipping to go far. St Pauls probably another step up though.

Yeah they were knocking on the door for a few years before finally getting over the line in junior in 2022, been competitive at intermediate level since. Would have a fair few dual players I think.

Kilcormac Killoughey had the opportunity to field two teams in Offaly Senior Hurling this year after winning Intermediate but opted against it.
