1 point from 3 games where United were in total control, completely thrown away all 3 games.

Galatasaray had a lot of shots but didn't create too many clear cut chances whilst every time United put a few passes together they created chances. Simply not good enough from Onana but even still United missed so many chances in the last 15 minutes, Pellistri falls to pieces anytime he gets near the goal, most of his attempts are like back passes, his all round play has improved in the last few years but he has zero end product; Nowhere near good enough for United currently.

Anthony played well but the game was wide open, have my doubts he can back that up at the weekend. Tactically  Ten Hag got it right, United just weren't keeping the ball well enough. McTominay made those runs from early on and wasn't been tracked but wasn't passed too.

Ten Hag getting the blame as usual but he got a lot right last night, a few players let him down. There's definitely signs of improvement in the last 2 games. Saturday will be a big test so certainly not getting carried away.

United will have to sell Onana this summer. He's just not up to it. Need to fix that problem ASAP

Sell? Utd sell? What is this selling idea you speak of? He'll run his big contract down.
Maguire got OGS the boot and Onana will do the same with EtH. Fans aren't stupid. They can see that he's not up to it. If EtH continues to pick him fans won't tolerate it and nor they should. He cost £50m, he was EtH man. The best managers are ruthless, going right back to Fergie with Jim Leighton, Pep with Joe Hart, Flopp with Karius, Arteta with Ramsdale. EtH needs to get shot or he needs to turn his performances around.... and soon.

The hoor spills balls for fun except when playing against Everton...

In fairness to Onana, he's not the first keeper to have trouble with those right wing free kicks from Ziyech. They were a great weapon for Morocco in the WC last year.

Not sure what they do with Onana at the moment, does he pull him out for a couple of games and give him a kick in the ass. Or (which is most likely) he sticks with him and hope that he rides it out.

TBF in the premier league he seems to have settled, but in the CL he just loses the plot.

Even a 3 - 1 up in that game, I would imagine most fans were looking at the clock thinking that they could still lose this rather than thinking they will see this out. Just been the nature of the games this year, they dont seem to have the knack of killing games and slowing things down in those crazy heated moments.

Yeah soon as United were under a bit of pressure, first thing that should have happened is someone going down injured, take the sting out of it especially with that crowd going nuts

Who is Utd's current backup? Heaton?

Altay Bayindir - Turkish goalkeeper

ETH was taking some serious questions from the Turkish jurnos about why he wasnt getting a look in when Onana was performing so poorly in the CL.

Onana will be home for AFCON so the Turkish fella will get time then to show what he can do

In fairness Onana has been playing well up until mid week so will be interesting to see what ETH does next. Tough game away to Newcastle who even with a threadbare squad are playing well.

He fooked up by letting de gea go. We would be out of that European group had de gea been in goal.

Na the mistake was the replacement. De Gea was done.

United are out  of that group .  They  simply aren't good enough , with Onana or with  de gea

Onana along with other defensive errors are the main reason by United are now facing exit from European competition as well as the Champions league.

Onana's Premier league form has been decent, 2nd in the league on save percentage but when that stat was given to the media today they ran with the headline "Ten Hag thinks Onana is the 2nd best keeper in the league"  which pretty much shows how they work with their click bait nonsense.

last season DeGea was I believe 10th in the league on save percentage. A big help for him was a settled defence, better centre back pairing and had Casemiro giving good protection in front of the defence. United's home form was key to finishing 3rd in the table. lost once at home all season and conceded 10 goals.

This season in comparison I've lost count to the amount of different back fours United have started with. Have got little or no protection to the defence from any of the midfielders either and that includes Casemiro as when available was poor when played. Long story short an environment that DeGea would have struggled in also.

Tomorrow Evening they are up against Newcastle side at home with an extra day rest and they travelled to Paris not Turkey. More importantly they are the opposite of Man United at the moment, make themselves hard to score against and beat any less than 2 goal margin win for Newcastle will be surprise.
