LVG has managed a lot of teams in a lot of leagues and has also won a lot. I would like to think he would know and understand how to train a team without over training them but it def needs looked at.

Quality is undoubted though he is injury prone and maybe not one for the future, I would think they will be looking elsewhere.

I know I am a Carrick fan but I think when he is fit and paired with Blind in the midfield there will be tightening up of thing, obviously the need for a quality centre half or two doesnt go away with that though.

If you're pairing Blind and Carrick how do you alter the rest to fit the extra holding player in?

Well I think they are going to need two holding midfielders against the top sides and thats what the manager gets paid the big money for to get the picks right in the big games.
