Cannot wait to hear all the thoughts on Cunha and Dalot's dancing with, as it turns out, more than 20 left to play. Cunha was really milking the celebration as well. Bournemouth could and possibly should have had two more after the 90th minute. Two very good saves.

Onthe40

Are Utd really any further forward?

Cunny Funt

Most teams playing at home to Bournemouth and scoring 4 goals against them would win and win comfortably but not this Man United team

Madcap match 3 times in front and needed two big saves from Lammens late on to avoid defeat.

6th in table and 2 points off 4th the standard of this Premier league can't remain this mediocre surely?

Blowitupref

Very close to losing a first match in Old Trafford when leading at half time. A record I believe that has stood since the mid 80s.

Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

More forward than last year?

Who knows, they ain't anywhere close to what would be seen as decent
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Aaron Boone

Mbeumo, Shaw and Amad off to the AFCON now so the squad is spread thinner over the festive season.

Shaw??? Are you mad?

Sure we all know England  didn't qualify for the AFCON  ;D

Good craic at least...

Bar they are well in the bottom half he's going to get the season anyway.

Sonny Joe

Mbeumo is a good player, who creates and is dangerous, but by god his finishing is poor. He missed two sitters yesterday evening and a few previously. The last two games utd have dominated but missed so many chances. None of this is at the managers door. The centre of defence manned by lads at 20 due to injuries, again not at his door. Definite improvements, mentality, attitude all improving. Just needs more windows. been on twitter reading the commentary from Ut supporters, I am a utd supporter,  but we have some absolute wankers as supporters.
If winning isn't everything, why do they keep score?

Onthe40

Utd defo have more of an attacking threat about them, but still missing a really top level striker imo
but Bournemouth could and shouldve scored 8 goals last night
defence was wide open every time they attacked second half

That was the difference in the game last night, first 25mins they were moving the ball well and should have been 2/3 up and then it is game over. Didnt take the chances and then coughed up a couple of silly goals and the game turns to madness.

To be fair starting a defence of Yoro Heaven and Shaw is just asking for trouble but there are no other options fit at the moment.

Yeah De Ligt is some loss. Martinez will be a help when hes fully fit but theres still a mistake in him you feel.

TBF he had one last night not tracking properly and spotting the danger for the 4th goal, hoping that is just rustiness from the long lay off. To be anywhere near it they need him fully fit and leading the team from the back.

Yeah he's some help when fully fit and at it.

Weird season, vast majority of games so tight and but for daft mistakes they could have been near top of the league, by the same token could have drawn some of games they won and could have lost some of the drawn games and be well down the table.

Definitely highlights the media agenda at work when you look at the table the various narratives going on around certain managers, a little bit of luck and they could be in the top 4 (not that I think they are close on that level) but that's the reality of the table.
