I would have thought they could sell a sizeable chunk of the Jordanstown campus, surely that is worth a few £.

While it's a profitable bit of land, taking down the college will be some task, no doubt the building has asbestos throughout it..

The pitches and sports side of things will be staying too so it's a fairly sizeable area on its own..

There also may be social housing involved, not sure but I don't think it's just a case of sell up and make money..

The same could be said for the North.
The British model is not to fix economic problems  and to subsidise them. The North needs a new model.
