Hahahahahahahaha classic scouse type wit. Sure at the start of the season King Kenny was going to win all in front of him with the array of talent he had amassed . He was going  to qualify for the Champions League in style. Clampits League more like.

How would yo go about getting tickets for Chelsea Vs Barcelona in Stamford Bridge?

Is it even possible through official lines?

Through UEFA or the clubs?

If you know anyone called Tarquin who works in the city you could be In with a shout.

I would say a lot will come out of the woodwork for this one . Cash is king!

Dream final still on so

Chelsea could have a bit more to say about that if they can continue to show the form they have displayed so far this evening.

I don't think Barca will necessarily have it all their own away, but not sure Chelsea have shown any form this evening to be honest. They've been playing against 10 men for over half the game and not created too many chances. Comparing the number of times they have given the ball away compared to the way Barcelona controlled things last night it would be one of the biggest upsets in a long time if they were to go through, particularly over two legs.

I agree

First off I'm from Tipp not Liverpool and second I don't actually support Liverpool or any club for that matter so the joke is on you mate.
Btw as a matter of interest why are so many Utd fans on here obsessed with Liverpool?

Cant read son? dont  see where it says Scouse wit. I dont support UTD , just cant stand Liverpool and it never ceases to amaze me how obsesssed their fans on  here are with Man Utd's success. Just look at the UTD thread and see how many "Liverpool fans"  are forever giving their tuppence worth.

In fairness the Liverpool thread is overrun with Man Utd fans and there does seem to be a little obession there from a few of the United fans towards Liverpool,it's far less a issue on the Man U thread with Liverpool fans IMO and I'm a United fan.

Anyways on the topic of this thread, I would like to see Chelsea qualify for final but I find it hard to see how they will cope with Barca. I actually think B Munich could upset the hopes of the dream final and beat Madrid.

Liverpool are going through a bad patch and Utd fans are enjoying it. Check out the utd thread last year when they lost the CL final or when City thumped us in OT and you will see the role reversal. Some boys can give it but can't take it. I am even getting hate mail in my PMs. Love it. ;D

I thought this thread was about teams in the Champions League ;)

How can I say this...Chelsea haven't a sweat against Barca.  It may be close-ish at Stamford Bridge but it wouldn't surprise me if Barca score 4 or 5 in the Camp Nou.  The thing about Barca is if you look past the tiki-taka they actually press quite hard when they don't have the ball and Chelsea haven't played well against "pressing" teams this season.

Bayern Munich v Real Madrid tonight should be a good one. Bayern will probably need to win tonight if they want to reach the final.

At 17/2 had a few euros on Bayern to win 2-1  :) that win should make for interesting 2nd leg but Madrid still favourites to progress.

Cracking game Ross, thought there may have been another one in it for Bayern there at some stage. Long time since Ronaldo has been as quiet in a game. Howard Webb had another shocker.

Dunno what to make of Barca-Chelsea. Certainly think Barca will still go though over two legs. Chelsea don't have the players to frustrate them the way they did three years ago. No Ballack, Lampard's legs are gone, Essien is a shadow of his former self. Drogba could still cause problems though and Torres (snigger) has a good record against them.

Orangemac

Should be a great 2nd leg. Madrid have a lot of players on yellow cards from tonight, if they get through they could be short a few men for the final.

Would like to see Chelsea do well. Maybe show that the PL is not so bad after all. De-Mateo seems a likable sort as well.

ross4life

Barcelona can be beaten on the road if Arsenal can defeated them so can Chelsea but like last season Barcelona will win this tie in the Camp Nou.

PL hasn't been the best in Europe since 2008 but it's still one of the best. This year was under performing year for the best sides in england while Chelsea have somewhat over performed.
