Now that the 2010 championship is done & dusted for another year what was the game of the year?
The key to success is to be consistently competitive -- if you bang on the door often it will open

Can you add Louth Vs Kildare, not sure if it was on the telly or not but it was the best game I was at in years

[Edit] Thanks ross4life

I thought Tyrone v Dublin was the game of the year.

Short ball out ruinned it for me.

Added but i thought Louth won the game with plenty to spare?

Louth 1-22 Kildare 1-16 They did in the end I suppose but it was just a great open game of football. Louth tore out of the traps and they had the midas touch all night, points were going over from out near the sideline and anytime Kildare looked like reeling them in they pushed on again. And we subsequently saw how good Kildare were, it was a real championship game played on a fine evening and it was a pleasure to watch.

For the pitch invasion alone it deserves it  ;)

No safety concerns that day with size of the Roscommon support. ;)

8/9k is still good percentage of the population when you consider Cork only brought 2k to the quarter final game

The Louth v Kildare game was the most open attacking game all year.

However for excitement right up to the final whistle it was hard to beat either Dublin v Tyrone or Dublin v Cork.
