Down site Down?

Bit of a cheesy title, well is the Down GAA site Down (not working) or is it just my crappy internet (again)?

Its just a crap site anyway.  Can't access it either but not very concerned cause its rarely updated.  How can fixtures be posted this board yet not on the official Down GAA website?  Strange
