Dampness and Wood Inspection

Hey folks,

Was wondering if anyone knows much about getting a house inspected for Internal Dampness and getting all timbers checked?

If anyone has got this done recently or can recommend anyone in the Belfast area that would be able to do this please let me know.

It was three or four years ago I used them but I'm sure the quote was free - the survey might have been as well though I'm not 100% - had a lot of outgoings on the house I was doing up at the time.
