Not many refs in Tyrone is valid although there is not many good refs in Tyrone.

Lough being in there first final will have an impact on the ref.

Lough to pip them

Quote from: Willywong on October 19, 2025, 08:38:38 PMPeople talk about Carrickmore and Ardboe being good championship teams while most of the players now have never seen either team win one. Both teams don't have any scoring forwards and definitely not winning any in the next 5 years. Always good to see...

Not sure how you could watch Carrickmore and come to the conclusion McGarrity and Fullerton aren't scoring forwards lol
Aye both of them put the fear of god into defenders and that's why Penrose is still playing and Donnelly only quit in the last few years. Could probably name close to 15 forwards better than them two...

15 forwards is a bit ridiculous now.

Bit of stinker this statement.
Fullerton was top scoring in div 1 league last year and mcgarrity is on the Tyrone panel...

I don't think this was the most outrageous statement, looking around point down who was going to hit a two pointer or the leveler, Tiernan loughran was on form mc garrity and maybe someone like calon Daly fresh legs bar these they didn't have an option given Fullerton would have been a massive help and I believe if they had him fit and available they would have won the game but the way things fell only kicking 6 points feel like high quality scoring threat was carmens downfall, not sure why Penrose wasn't put on heard from a Carmen man he was as fit as a fiddle, would have thrown him self about caused a bit of bother and experience could have been the difference. But back to my original point a goalkeeper and Fullerton fit carrickmore are a force to be reckoned with.

Sparky Loughran has been offered free drink for life in Lough Club and as many encrypted Sim Cards as he wants for the family by Loughmacrory ahead of the final - you know what i mean muckers!

Canavanistheman03

If Lough win at the weekend they'll not even drink in the club.

They will be the full of Ballygawley for a week.

Or should I say the 10 parish club :-\

Galbally lol. Would they have won intermediate this year?

Didn't have the stones to beat us.

How many years does it take to develop stones?

That's how many years it will be before Galbally win anything in div1. More likely to win Div2 title haha (their favourite)
I have always depended on the kindness of strangers. All Ireland Club - 2030.

Predictions for the weekend?

Lough v trillick - game to go either way and be tighter than many expect. Lough with there tails up and nothing to lose. Pressure on trillick to take the crown back to Fermanagh.
Lough by the minimum.

Pomeroy v Fianna- No Mcgeary is massive loss for the Plunkett's. The confidence they got from the trillick game do them no harm. Fianna be hard stopped after seeing there neighbours to the "double double" as Damien Harvey quoted.

Ballsy enough call to go for lough in my opinion. It was seen at the weekend the effect three championship games in three weeks had on Drumragh.
Although I must say lough could have had the derby game put to bed at half time if they took their chances. If they create and execute them on Sunday they may very well be in the contest. All about getting McElhome and McCullagh into it.
It will also take trillick to be on an off day as a team with their experience shouldnt be falling short to a team who are in uncharted waters.

Nearly 20s selection time of year, there have been a few players stood out in the championship and a mighty minor time the year gone by many to pick from thoughts ?

As always. Best champo in Ireland.

Drumragh will also be there to make up the numbers again lol. Serial losers. If there was a competition for finishing 2nd, they'd finish 2nd

I didnt know boys in foundation English in the CBS were in the board. Focus on passing it before you start trying to type on here. I believe I lost brain cells reading that

Mountfield Munter

As the dust settles and cheers fade away,
Two parish dreams lit up the day.
Clogher stood proud, their long wait done,
Junior kings beneath autumn sun.

Clonoe rose high, with spirit and might,
Their silver shone through the cool twilight.
Intermediate glory, hearts full and grand,
Their faithful danced through Tyrone's land.

But talk now turns to what's to come,
As whispers stir where red hills run.
All eyes on Sunday, all hearts in play,
For Trillick and Loughmacrory's day.

The nights grow cold, the fields lie bare,
But winter can't freeze the fire there.
For football dreams in frost still glow,
In Tyrone where rival passions flow.

So raise a glass to what's been done,
And brace for one last battle won—
As the dust settles on fields once green,
New champions crowned, and pride serene.
