Full time: Newtonstewart tyrone junior football champions on a 2-08 to 0-11 scoreline, congratulations!

Norf Tyrone

Good stuff! (Thanks Omagh Gael).

Great result for the boys from North Tyrone. To be honest I thought that they would have been beat by 5 or 6 tonight.

That's Strabane, Urney, the Clanns and Newtown in Intermediate now. Time we got the finger out!!  ;)

No bother Norf, seemed to be a good game, the sending off appeared to be the defining moment as brocagh were on top until then. All u need now is owen roes to big push for intermediate next year  ;)

Paddy hunter just after mentioned the possibility of erigal refusing to play tomoro due to Davy Hartes failed appeal on red card, does anyone know what this is about? Would this have anything to do with Hub getting a reprieve and a lack of consistency as regards Davy?

What was the story behind Hub's appeal? Did Hunter give a source?

I'd say Paddy is talking balls, Errigal will be there or there's a fair chance they'll be turfed out for not fielding. From what I can gather, Hub's offense was down as striking rather attempted striking - apparently the video showed he didn't connect, so he got off.

Fair play to Newtown, I thought Brocagh would have too much firepower for them but they proved me wrong. Tenacious defensive display from the North Tyrone men, and well worth the win. McElroy didn't have his finest hour in the middle.

Well done Newtownstewart. Hard luck to Brocagh who were looking good but the sending off turned the game in N'town's favour.

Apparently Errigal are for the Ulster council tomorrow morning with it. That's the talk. Don't know if this is right or not.

Cant help but think that Brockagh will feel that they have left a Championship behind them.  On their way to the final they beat the top two teams in the league.  Just goes to show that its all on the day!

I'd say they will do their damnedest to get him cleared (and rightly so) but I don't think they would be threaten anything silly.

sure we'll all do that when we get a player suspended  ::)  I doubt they would be that foolish. they would just be thrown out of the competition.

Big game today! Really looking forward to it. I expect Dromore to try the physical stuff with our 'younger' team in the first 15 mins. Ref will have to watch for that.
EC you trying to influence the ref already? ;)

based on last night and the galbally / killyclogher game on Friday the ref will let everything go
can see a replay needed for this one. errigal's best chance is tonight.
a hesistant vote for dromore tonight in the replay. any idea who's the ref?
