Read the leaked converstaion between Trump and leaders of Mexico and Canada. Comedy gold.

Christ it's painful to read. The fella needs constant praise. Did his mother never love him or something? Gawd!

Did you read the transcript of his conversation with the Australian PM?  Trump cannot understand the very simple point being made.  Dumb as a bag of mouldy potatoes.  The PM has to speak to him as though Trumpilthinskin is a child.

When his staff prepare material for him to read they include his name every so often so he can maintain interest.

Financial Times

'"The public is not responding to his lead, his policy stances," says George Edwards, editor of Presidential Studies Quarterly. "He's just not leading the country."

The fear factor is starting to really diminish with this guy," said Democratic Congressman Joe Courtney of Connecticut. "He's getting weaker and weaker."

Official Washington increasingly doubts Mr Trump's command of his job, notably including the ability to persuade. Thus far, Mr Trump, an avowed dealmaker, only seems comfortable preaching to the choir — as he did at a West Virginia rally on Thursday night — or threatening resistant lawmakers.

"Trump has proven to be a relatively weak president. He hasn't learned how to use the powers of the office," says John Sides, a political scientist at George Washington University. "It's difficult for other political actors to take him seriously."

So when will it all begin to unravel for him?

Obamacare is going to implode

While it did insure many millions of people who were previously uninsured, it has shifted the burden of paying for it all onto the shoulders of people who already had insurance....you know, like the people Bill Clinton described:

"as humping it 60 hours a week, their premioums have doubled and their coverage cut in half........its the craziest thing ever"

http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/obamacare-insurer-molina-to-leave-two-states-hike-premiums-by-55-percent/article/2630462

"Though Molina is a relatively small insurer, it drew headlines for enthusiastically embracing the law. The company's former chief executive, J. Mario Molina, was a major industry supporter of Obamacare and he has been a vocal critic of Republican efforts to repeal and replace the law. He and is brother, John Molina, who was chief financial officer, were fired from their positions in May after poor first-quarter financial results.,

So the exchanges are struggling because your crowd ... spike them.... won't use them ... and will do nothing to make them workable.... ahhh I forgot... it's the black guy's fault.
BTW
You are missing the point.
Healthcare costs are out of control and nobody has the balls to take on the Medical/Pharma/Insurance complex

The bigger issue is who leaked it and why

"

Senior national-security professionals regard Trump as something between (at best) a reckless incompetent doofus and (at worst) an outright Russian espionage asset.

Donald Trump has launched the executive branch into a cycle of self-destruction for which he bears ultimate blame—but whose ultimate cost will be borne by his successors and the American nation."
