Basel are a tidy enough team. They know how to play as a unit and although they won't win the competition they are well able to beat teams that are less organised than they are. Liverpool are very disappointing considering their pedigree.

Not good enough. Left it too late to show a bit of fight and urgency.
Fair play to Stevie G as always steps up when needed,a fantastic free kick but wasn't to be in the end.
