Again, you're asking about a specific case. I'd have to understand the details but, hypothetically speaking, if a situation arose where a family was split because of the formation of a new club or something, then I'd be thinking the GAA should recognise that as 'exceptional circumstances' and endorse the transfer, even if the 'new' club objected.
