The Iceman

the older I get the less tolerant of people I become.
People out shopping. Traffic jams and stupid drivers. Stupid people in general - I have no tolerance for stupid people.

I think the red mist is definitely an Irish thing - especially if you are from the North. Spent your whole life being told not to be oppressed - not to be walked over by anyone so it's only natural.

I find if I am fit and keep at the training then the red mist rarely flares up  a good session on the punching bag or pads or a rough spar will get it out of you.. works for me anyway
I will always keep myself mentally alert, physically strong and morally straight

I agree and I think next time they get in the way in the road I will just picture them as the other team on the pitch and I will throw my shoulder and get them down.

Not if I want fresh bread everyday!
and the supermarket is only a 10 minute walk so it would seem a bit silly to get it delivered but you know what, now that you've mentioned it, I'm going to look in to it (did it before).

The Watcher Pat

A investment in a punch bag sounds like a good investment for you Puck...5 mins take all the anger then go for a walk for 5 mins...Repeat until your calm or have "RIPPED THE F**KING BAG OUTTA THE CEILING"
There is no I in team, but if you look close enough you can find ME

Maybe safer going to a local bakery for your bread, fresher than what you will get in the supermarket( tho maybe further away for you).

I wouldnt be home in time for the bakery, it's actually just around the corner but the first and only time I went to it I got a sausage roll, two sausages and two pieces of bacon as a carry out and paid about 20 quid for it!
