It's a final. Brolly got them banned from finals so they don't have to go.
Ah, but he said he'd send them on a holiday instead so why not send them to the Big Apple where they could go and watch whoever gets the gig play New York?
That way, everyone would be happy. ;D

This match should have been scheduled for in between the league and championship, would have given Mayo a location for a training camp instead of this bollix of expecting lads that are fucked off with county football and involved in county semi finals (or relegation playoffs  ;) for that matter) to head off to play some pointless match
Excuse me for talking while you're trying to interrupt me

So this is how it works now in Connacht GAA? A county/club refuses to fulfil a fixture and there is no penalty. Are we now to expect this regime to be applied consistently across all levels of GAA administration in the usual rigorous and comprehensive manner? And, if so, what's to stop Meath Co. Board refusing to travel to Croke Park to play Dublin once again on their home patch in next year's Leinster Championship?

Where else would Meath like to play them seen as they have a shit hole of a stadium that only caters for a couple of hundred?

Breffni maybe? It's only roosting crows and pigeons for the 363 days of the year that Cavan are not playing their solitary annual Championship match and losing qualifier follier-up. A few weeks of slurry-scented acclimatisation training and our lads would be ready for all comers.

True you had to use it last year for a "home" game.

Up in meath you are well used to slurry and  they are even burning straw bales along the M3 is that a new method of farming?

No. That's to keep Cavan people from abandoning the motorway and taking to the Meath fields when they see the "Toll Ahead" signs.

I though they were sending smoke signals to try and get banty back.

Well after we put Breaffy to the sword I'll be able to take in what should be a great battle for the most outrageous point from Dillion and Ciaran Mac and then enjoy Ballagh knocking seven shades of shite out of the boys from the parish of the backs BUFFS 8). Ah it's good to have the club championship back on.

He did yeah a real classy finish. It was weird I think it was a 1-0 each after about 7 mins. We were definitely better than I've seen all year but still lacking real fire power up front. Casey had a good match at 12 (but should have got the line in the first half) and Sean Regan did okay but still looks a little unsure of himself at senior level though.
