"The referee's a w**ker" is ringing out there.

I hope the score stays the same for many reasons. Soccer might have a future after they string up Blatter.

They'll be moaning about this for as long as the hand of God
Like we Irish can talk about anyone else moaning about bad decisions, in fairness they have every right to moan about that

Fairness for England?... you're kidding, rite?

Blatter should be removed from office, it would have taken 2 seconds to see that.

In saying that I hope the Germans score a couple more, the fecking press will be moaning for ages otherwise

No I'm not kidding, I hope they are still beat but that was a perfect goal and should have been given.

The whole world knew within seconds that Henry had handled the ball and the whole world knew definitively that Lampard had scored there.

You couldn't see in real time whether Henry had handled the ball, it took a few replays to see for certain that he did, and you can't blame a referee when he is duped by cheating. But that? You could see on the live feed that it was over the line. The linesman was 12 yards out, he needs shooting.

Cosmo Kramer

If you thought the hand of Henry fallout was annoying, if this stays at 2-1 the whining is going to be insufferable and never ending.

No harm to see a bit more pressure on Step Ladder anyways.

Brady agrees with me but is less complimentary.

That is what I am talking about. We saw the replay and knew it was a handball, we saw the replay and knew Lampard had scored. Rugby officials watch the replay and get it right. Blatter laughed at us when a handball knocked us out and has consistently refused to introduce video analysis of big decision.

The ball was never over the line, it was an optical illusion on TV cause some of the cameras are using 3D technology.

Try holidng out your hand in front of you, pointing and holding your finger at a point on the telly and then closing one eye and then the other and you will see the ball move out.  Never, never was it a goal !   :D :D :D

Fair enough, but TV officials occasionally give wrong decisions even with the benefit of the replay. That decision today shouldn't have needed technology.

They got it wrong today without technology. They would have got it right with technology.

I wouldn't be too confident about the Germans holding on.

Same here, they're as bad at the back as England are.
