He has had amazing versatilty over his very long career. To be named in so many positions is incredible. He must have had relations in so many counties to warrent all those transfers.

A very unlucky player to be told he was starting so many times, only to be "jocked off" once another player passed a fitness test. He seemed to be used as a tool by mangers. Im surprised the GPA had nothing to say on the matter actually.

Hope he has a long and happy retirement. Im sure the next time his local Junior C team has only 14 players, he will make himself available.

I know we shouldn't speak ill of the dead but he was a bigger mercenary than Mick O'Dwyer. No loyalty in that man. But God rest his soul all the same.
It won't be the next manager but the one after that Meath will become competitive again - MO'D 2016

Can his cousin TBC take his place?

Although they may have difficulty in translating his name.
I have more respect for a man
that says what he means and
means what he says...

Sorry for the confusion!

I think a ballad should be written like:

The Gallant A.N. Other

From the Glens of Antrim
To the Cliffs of Moher
No better player on any team
was the bauld AN Other

From the start of it all in '84
He was well know for the peile
Who, I hear you cry,
The man also known as Duine Eile

and so on and so forth

Jesus, this is hardly today's news. Thought this ruling was brought in a few years ago.
Inaugural Football Championship Prediction Winner.

ONeill

He hoored himself about
To counties wide and far
He's Mayo's top scorer
1-5 in Castlebar.

I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

I seem to remember this coming in about 5 years ago. Can anyone remember seeing a program in recent times with AN Other in the team?

Hardy

He once turned out for Armagh,
The slowcoach A.N. Other.
But later on was outed as
Pat Spillane's mother.

I was told by an offeeshal that it came in earlier this year.
