i bought the gaa tracker app. it was only 2.99. should have spent it on something else.
I was wanting to use it to record stats on players, but it not very useful. pen and paper a lot more effective.
would not recommend it

Leave feedback then so other people know.

had already left a star rating. never say any other option of leaving feedback on an app

Played flick Rugby way too much over the weekend, but have 34 in sudden death and 418 in arcade to show for my efforts. Got 24 out of 25 in arcade for the 418, f**king raging I missed one because I haven't got over 21 since.

For any golfers out there there's an app called Golfshot GPS. Its expensive enough at about £20 but if you're jailbroken you can download a free version.

Its got 1000s of courses - I tried searching for a few courses round the north and all but one of those I searched for was on it. To request a course there's an option on the app and you simply take a picture of the scorecard and send it in and they'll add it to their database, I did this and the course was on it the following day.

For some courses they have GPS but not all - I haven't used it too much yet but you can use the GPS to get distance to the hole (not sure I'll use this at all).

As well as working out your handicap it works out your statistics - fairways hit, GIR, accuracy, etc... You can view this information on the app on your iPhone or go onto their website from your computer afterwards and view the scorecard for the round and view all your statistics from your previous rounds.

It also lets you keep scores for the round for up to 4 golfers - you just add in your mates and their scores per hole. However it won't calculate their handicap or statistics.

Like I said above, its a pretty good app for free on the jailbroken phone but £20 could be a bit steep for it.

Shrek

Didnt realise it was free on a jailbroken phone, might just have re-jailbroken mine to get it.

i downloaded Golfcard (£3 - £5-cant mind exactly) it doe all the above, has GPS rangefinder, calculates your points, gross, net score etc, with handicaps.  does this for 4 players

it has loads of courses and it is also easy to map your own if it isnt on their database.

Havent used it for a round yet as its too damn cold for me  ::)

That was one thing missing from GolfShot GPS - the version of the app I downloaded doesn't count points. However I've seen from their website that they have included it on later versions - just need someone to crack the later version now so it has the points scoring included.

Any must have apps? Silly question but how do I get them? And could someone do a gaa stats app for games, it would mean no more busted pens in my shirt pocket and the centre pages of programmes arent scrawled on.
