As many of you are aware, I am a few pounds in excess of my ideal weight. Well last night I tip myself out of the house for a bit of power walking, when a car draws up alongside me on a dark road (yes even now such and event can fill you with terpidation up here) and a fellow GAA Boarder asks me if I want a lift?
