Got to agree with the top 3,
Carryduff just made the ultimate statement by beating Kilcoo on Sunday evening, proving they have the belief to dismantle the champions. Very strong / powerful around the middle third.

Clonduff look strong after completely blowing Burren away in a 12-point second-half blitz. Strong attacking options.

Kilcoo are suddenly vulnerable, However men to come back and with their winning mindset, they'll still have a massive say in this years championship. I believe after the top 3 there is a drop off.

Burrens heavy collapse to Clonduff exposed a glaring lack of experienced heads to steady the ship when things go wrong. If Burren make things click with the youth / County stars they have. They could put it up to anyone on their Day.

Hard to see them losing twice in one championship. Think you could of got them in a one of quarter or semi final

Hope the draws throws up clonduff v kilcoo quarter final. It would be a feisty contest and Clonduff would fancy their chances this time and are very capable outfit.  kilcoo won't want their neighbours beating them...

Our lads got their arses handed to them in a big way by Portaferry yesterday.

Out thought, out fought and just a different level.

Too many of our lads are seriously out of form and still starting because we don't have the replacements to push them on within the panel.

Depressing stuff, but we go again.

Out thought, out fought and just a different level.

Too many of our lads are seriously out of form and still starting because we don't have the replacements to push them on within the panel.

Depressing stuff, but we go again.

On paper that Ballygalget squad should be right up there beside Portaferry. I see you have a couple lads back as well. Honestly thought this match would be about a 5/6 point swing to Portaferry nothing more.

Is it just fitness letting the team down or have Portaferry really pushed on?

On paper means nothing if you don't have the necessary drive to deliver.

Portaferry have probably learned a lot from their near misses in Ulster and are peaking at the right time as they really didn't put much into the Antrim league as they have enough of a panel to rest lads and now they're pretty fresh coming into the business end of the championship.

They still weren't full strength on Sunday, they didn't need to be as our lads stood off them and allowed them to hurl at will.

If I was Portaferry management I'd be looking for a competitive game further south as they've learned nothing in any of their games to date and may get caught out going into an Ulster campaign undercooked and not challenged.
I kid you not.

Another fiasco of a draw last night. Teams being pulled out too early and the wrong repeat pairings being read out.
Annaclone minors beating Bosco on penalties to reach the final but now having to play a replay.
Darragh Cross minors playing their semi final on Saturday a day before their seniors play on Sunday.

Just a normal week for the County Board.

Agreed, We are certainly tracking toward a fantastic set of semi-finals. Carryduff and Burren look to have firmly established their paths forward into the semi finals . Clonduff and Kilcoo enter as favourites but face notably tougher matchups to secure progression.
