What about Monaghan? Watched an OTB clip with Bannigan. He's answering any questions asked and sparing no blushes. If it's McCague coming in at the behest of the Scotstown mafia, its not gonna be a receipie for success.

Of course always two sides to things, but Bannigan is pissed off and rightly so. Fair play to him for speaking his mind but noise like this rarely tends to benefit the team.

He says 2 older players wanted change and went to the county board and he had a load of lads ringing him after he was pushed out saying we didn't know we needed to go to the county board in support of you, if we had known then we would have 100%.

Not so sure.

Last two years have reached the last eight of the championship which is better than some counties have done who consider themselves around the same level if not better than Monaghan.
