It's nowhere near 90%, and that u20 finals are stand alone isn't relevant either.
The reasoning behind u20 games not being paired with senior is the very obvious potential for players being part of both u20 and senior squads, this was definitely more prevalent at u21, but there's still a fair amount of crossover.

What about the tailteann final? Would you object to it being played before the all Ireland final? It would greatly enhance the prize imo and make for a better all round final day experience.
