MLAs have use of free EV charging for their cars at Stormont, but can still claim mileage for travel to Stormont.  :o

There are only six charging units and that is to cover all staff at Stormont and MLA's

Hardly a WTF topic

Obviously arranged in loyalist shite holes by concerned groups worried about women and children

The English police executed Jean Charles de Menezes after the 7/11 bombings

I must have missed the outrage and vigils in Carrick

I'd put money on it that the majority of pond life that'll be out at those vigils would have said George Floyd was a sc**bag who deserved it.

Whereas you'd like him snuggling up to your daughter on the couch?

As much as I'd have liked a "Sir" of the realm snuggling up to her.

People complaining about MLA's making money off the back of tax payers is not a WTF thing though, if you think it is then where have you been?

They give themselves pay rises, employ their families and take brown envelops and gifts left right and center

Gardai suspect skull of man found in water might have been because he somehow entered the water by maybe a boat or coastline. Wasn't there very long, maybe a couple of weeks or maybe a couple of years. Might have been between 25 and 45 years old. Then lost the skull. Some brilliant detective work there Drebin.

They get 2 travelling allowances; 1 for travel to & from Stormont, the other is for travel within their constituencies.

There's also a fleet of chauffeur driven cars for the ministers, which pick them up outside the revolving doors.

In a little known move, there was £100 a month allocated for "sundry expenses". Originally, that was paid separately through their constituency office operating expenses.

Some bright spark decided to allow them to claim that allowance, via their salaries, on a no need for any receipts basis.

So, effectively they were handed a £1,200 a year pay increase, which was never brought to the public's attention, at any time.

There's no scrutiny of anything that the MLAs are up to, because senior management at the Assembly bow down before them & they will do anything for a quiet life.

A few more carriages have been added to the  Stormont gravy train
