First 4, yes, interesting one re the marks, ball obviously has to go dead so would need to be a serious hoof of a kickout mark.

I was wondering something related to this. Following the Monaghan Derry incident RTE were quoting what they called Rule 10. Now I've no idea where that came from but it suggested that not only could all of those above be taken after the hooter of awarded before the hooter but it read as if they could be taken from either the hand or the ground. Which obviously wouldn't be allowed in some instances before the Hooter.

I can't find an equivalent rule in the official guide so I'd be interested to know where exactly this rule 10 came from and whether bodies other than Rte think it's in force.

These would only apply to intercounty grounds which do the hooter lol and intercounty games, so I'm out
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Presumably wouldn't apply to a free out on your own 20 e.g.??
Yer not going to score direct from it.
Play the game and play it fairly
Play the game like Dermot Earley.

I think you have to be given the chance. Or else where do you draw the line. What's the current Kick Fada record?

I'm sure a player will be allowed kick it if he really wants to lol

One rule would solve  all of this. Ball must go over the opposition end line  to end the game.

It would cut out  all those  cynical fouls with seconds  to go as well.
