People who kill animals or partake in animal cruelty are defective. A reason its a red flag with serial killers.

Ah the competent public sector - the surprise is they actually published it.

Two Romanian teenagers who were accused of attempting to rape a schoolgirl in County Antrim are to have the charges withdrawn.

The boys, aged 14 and 15, have been held in custody since the alleged assault on 7 June which led to sustained racially-motivated riots in Ballymena during the summer.

At Belfast Youth Court on Friday, the Public Prosecution Service was granted permission to end criminal proceedings due to "significant evidential developments".

The teenagers will now be released from the juvenile detention centre where they have been held for more than five months.

I think I read that the NHS budget for here is the most in the UK but we are still the worst at spending it!

Cant see this being received well. All the ones rioting are going through courts atm while these lads are now free. Id say there will be more trouble in the town now.

Significant evidential developments would lead you assume they are rightly 'free', no? And those currently going through the courts if found guilty should be punished.

It's been the case for quite a while that waiting lists, outcomes etc are significantly worse here than anywhere else in the UK, but more is spent per head here

Spent on what? Lunacy and they keep asking for more money! Pick a model that has been working and go with it..

Keep our doctors here, stop giving up places for international doctors coming here. We have lost some amount of doctors to other university's in the UK because Queens don't take on locals first..

Been proven so many times, educated elsewhere they generally stay there and lost to us here

One thing (of what I'm sure is a long list!) is parish pump/sectarian politics means we never truly close and consolidate resources and instead keep bits of hospitals open at great expense just to appease some faction or other.
