Portugal will win this. Referee will bow to pressure of Ronaldo and co.

Reeks of arrogance off the Portuguese lads who are left stunned to find themselves 2-0 behind.

Capt Pat

As long as Ronaldo is on the pitch Ireland will win. He is not what he once was.

Yep. Should be 3.

If their manager had any balls Ronaldo would be off.

Red for Ronaldo another big boost for Ireland.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

They'd prefer to play with 11.  Need to beat Hungary away.

Group F table as it stands (GD)

1 Portugal (+5) 10pts

2 Hungary (+2) 8pts

3 Ireland (+1) 7pts

4 Armenia (-8) 3pts

Captain Obvious

Good win shows what this Irish side are capable of when they rightly apply themselves however the Armenia loss will still likely prove very costly.

weareros

Great stuff. The pity is we dropped those points away to Armenia, but still alive. Great to see Parrott fulfill his potential in a green shirt.

AustinPowers

Seamus Coleman, brilliant.

But they all  did well.

A big performance needed  on Sunday.

The two biggest  weak links for Portugal is  Martinez and Ronaldo. In that order.

Capt Pat

Clever taking Parrott off early. Another 90 minutes to be played on sunday. Never in doubt after Ronaldos departure.
