Yep last score of the game, in real time I thought he just threw the leg at it to put it dead but ended up a 2 pointer

Time was pretty much up, 100% went for it. Though Skinner would have had a cut of it regardless, reason he's been so great to watch down the years, doesn't think like your average player.

Was good kick, must be awful sickener for a club to win a championship but to end up with 1 individual getting and craving the attention, shall we say for a polarising individual.

The two point score didn't win the game either, just incase that was missed by anyone.

How did Ballinderry do at Senior level this year?

I see Austin Stacks who Ballinderry beat are comfortably into the Kerry senior final.

And Crossmolina who only beat Ballinderry with a last minute goal should be in county too getting beat after ET in the semis.

South Derry mentality is well justified, Steelstown the biggest city hope have been really poor since moving to senior championship football, struggled past a very poor Loup team and there only win since moving up that I can recall.

Coaching underage and being in various Derry underage groups you dread the unfortunate call to head to North Derry for go games, minus perhaps Glenullin and Dungiven. Poor quality, low numbers, pitches not ready teams dropping out at a days notice. Its not a talent issue it a commitment one.

Beat Banagher in the relegation/promotion play off in league then we're in the Championship relegation playoffs offs which were cancelled as Drumsurn elected to be relegated. Missing a player as good as McKinless the whole year though
