Cluxton added to the Dublin backroom team. There's a chance he might retire now. I'm not sure what insights he could add though, since he is so reluctant to communicate with people.

He's a teacher, not a media person.

A good spin from Kilcar.

Thoughts on Spillanes article in Sunday World?

He has it on very good authority that top manager in GAA is on 120,000 (assume its Jack). Next in line he says is on 100,000 who isn't even managing a team in the top 2 divisions (assume it Mickey).

How much has Spillane been making off of Gaelic Games the last 33 years. Is there anyone on good Authority who could give us a rough figure of all the money Spillane made?

The usual conjecture piece from Pat and that rag of a newspaper are well known for publishing all types of nonsense.

Indeed.  Everyone has an opinion on Gaelic Games and how it should be played.  Pat gets paid to give his opinion in a newspaper and when he did, on tv.  Mangers get paid to implement their opinions.

Ironically one is frowned upon as unethical, trying to help a team to success through their own knowledge, personal time sacrificed all whilst taking criticism from all corners.

The other is perfectly acceptable.   Watch a game and get paid to make heroes or villans of these people depending on how said game goes.
I tend to think of myself as a one man wolfpack...

How would he know that?

He's a complete spoofer, milking it himself for 30 years. A bluffer.

Spillane and Brolly have been spouting this stuff for decades whilst both have their own snouts firmly in the trough. The levels of hypocricy from both is staggering.

I thought he said Jack does it for free? Could it be the Limerick hurling manager?

Geezer wouldn't exactly be hard up either.

Look-Up!

Don't believe Kerry manager gets paid. Expenses is all.
