Prine had 4 Grammys from 13 nominations over a 50 year career of about 30 albums, reasonably popular.

Spice Girls video for 2 Becomes one is up there with Johnny Cash and Hurt or The Buggles and Video Killed The Radio Star for cultural impact.

Was going to chip in however when I looked at my list I realised they were all Simple Minds songs.
