The protestors at Queen's have every right to protest (to say the least). The police response was ridiculous. But the "RUC" references by protestors and people commenting on what happened only serves to undermine the issue.  It just drags in NI problems, which doesn't help the people of Gaza in any way.

The warrants will reinforce the sense that Israel has become increasingly isolated internationally over the conduct of its war against Hamas in the besieged Gaza strip. Have they though? They dodge the direct question by saying their country will abide by the rule of law but avoid saying 'we will arrest him'.

I'd say it means no international travel for Netanyahu as most governments will not want any embarrassment by not arresting him. The US being an exception.

Better than nothing. At least he probably won't be able to travel much.

I'm sorry but there is not really a lot offered by the first 3. Bar not buying PUMA gear or Israeli olive oil there really isn't any specific actions in the BDS movement. I really hoped they could have directed people towards really specific targeted actions against corporations involved in perpetuating the status quo.

The IPSC is fine but everyone knows we are against the actions of the Israeli governments, it's practically Irish government policy at this stage. Attending umpteen rallies isn't going to change anything, well meaning and all that it is.

Lastly I object to donating any money to a UN agency given that it's the UN that is so much to blame for the present catastrophe and all they ever achieve is alot of virtue signalling handwringing.
