I was delighted to see that there is now an gaago lg app for lg tvs, however it just supports newer models. The authentication process via the phone was fantastic. However i was really disappointed to see that it requires re authentication every x days, this is disaster for usability.

Galway were very poor in that first half, so many basic errors with their handling, hand passing and kicking. Losing possession of the ball when not even under pressure was a regular occurrence. Nobody minds conceding scores to good play but some of those Mayo scores were soo easy, the ball was walked into the scoring zone without a hand laid on them; Sweeney & Molloy didn't cover themselves in glory there!

The balance of the team wasn't right, not enough forwards picked in the team that started, looked a totally team when Maher, Walsh & Tierney came on. Appreciate those lads aren't fit enough for 70 mins so Joyce had a bit of a dilemma. 11 points in that second half when the wind had picked up was a very good effort.

Are McLaughlin & Hernon both back training with the panel? I saw them both at the match, Hernon in particular would be a huge addition; Thought he was excellent in the few games he played last year.

I've noticed that some Dublin clubs align their training with the school terms, taking a break during the summer. Do many clubs train throughout the winter?

How much input does your coaching officer have on coaching individual teams ? How do you get coaches to adhere to the direction set by the coaching officer?

When the last round of matches arrive will teams who have won one match and lost one match be considering what type of approach to take for their final match ? ie do you rest players and have them fresh for the preliminary quarter final ?

Maybe they wanted a paper trail, hard to say what was and what wasn't said in a call unless the call is recorded? Not sure if they are.

agreed, but again normally the best approach is to finish the call by mentioning how you plan to email a copy of what you had discussed to a certain email address belonging to the county and for good measure email croke park too.

The Irish News has reported today that the investigation by croke park, has established that the Email Address used by Nicola's father was last accessed in Feb 2021. A full year prior to his submission of them.
Central GAA advised DCB to remove the address immediately,  which they did last week. There is very clearly an agenda by the independent reporter to misrepresent the facts and damage the GAA in the process.

It wasn't a dud email, it was an old address. If you check 90% of counties websites you will see old email addresses on their websites. The county website normally is ran by the county pro who runs it in a voluntary capacity. If you really want to get a message across to a county board executive the only reliable way of doing it is via a phone call.

If the hurling wasn't on gaago it would be on sky sports with the same conversation. No fan of rte but they can only show so many games. If gaago or sky sports weren't broadcasting the games would they be on at all? Split season means all the games are condensed into a shorter window. Does munster hurling need to be promoted before the Tailtean cup etc??

A fair whack of the population already have Sky Sports I would think, Gaa Go is an extra expense and a much inferior product the fact that it's streamed. The streaming would instantly rule out some people in rural areas

Where will the GAA get the money for paying player expenses ? to pay for the new pairc ui chaoimh ?  Fraher Field ? for developing club facilities etc
