The OO etc have been very vocal about taking the high ground on the rule of law.  It would mean them contradicting themselves if they didn't accept a new legal ruling. 

They would say that if Michelle O'Neill and the Garvaghy Residents weren't prepared to obey the determination and rule of law why should the OO. It's an easy argument for them.

Where does the appeal process end? Is it only the Supreme Court can say enough is enough and let it proceed, or alternatively bury the entire project?

Yes on the iPlayer. Have watched 4 out of 6. I still find parts of it a bit lame* but overall it's a decent watch and much better than the usual local stuff.

*The "riot" scenes outside the immigrant welcome centre were rubbish but will put that down to budgetary constraints.
